We offer an International Economy service to New Zealand which is approximately 50% cheaper than standard postage rates. To make your shipping charges even more affordable, we will credit 5% of your order value to your shipping cost when choosing International Economy. This is automatically calculated during checkout.
This service provides full tracking and takes between 8 and 14 days to be delivered. International Economy shipments are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays only as these shipments are consolidated and lodged directly with New Zealand Post.
All other international shipping options below are also available to New Zealand.

Loss in Transit
We guarantee all orders will get to you. If lost in the postal system we will replace your order at no additional cost to you. Australia Post requires 7 days to locate your package so replacement will be initiated at the end of this period. If you require your order replaced prior to the end of the 7 days you will be charged for the order and shipping again. A refund will then be applied for the order total as soon as the package is returned to us or on advice that the parcel is lost.
Delivery without signature: If you elect to have your parcel delivered without a signature on delivery, we will consider the order delivered successfully if there is a scan by the carrier indicating delivery to your premises.
We guarantee all orders will be delivered undamaged to you. If your package is damaged in transit, we will at our discretion replace the product or refund you the cost of the damaged product.
We will pay for any delivery costs involved in returning the product to us.
We define damage as:
For any product except glass: Any defect in the product that varies from its as new condition.
For glass: As glass is fragile and difficult to ship, small amounts of breakage are unavoidable and considered normal. For example, if a few rods have lost small amounts from the ends we would consider this normal. A number of rods broken at varying lengths or where a substantial portion of a rod is not usable then we would consider it damaged.
Any claim for damage must be advised within 24 hours of order delivery and you will be required to take a photograph of the package to show any damage and a photo of the products damaged including any broken pieces or parts. You must keep all damaged products and return them to us at our expense if we request you to do so.
