Information from other sources:  Examples of information we may receive form other sources is updated and corrected contact and delivery information, information to determine if you received emails we have sent you have been successfully delivered and  information from payment providers when you make a payment to us through them.

We provide access and update through our website to information you have provided us such as your name and contact details and other profile information along with any orders you have placed with us.  You can request access to other information we store about you at any time.  This information will be provided free unless the information requested required research or preparation time in which case we will ask you to cover our reasonable costs in providing the information.  We will provide an estimate of the cost and ask you to agree before we provide any information that would require a fee to be charged.
