All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Goods are shipped to you in perfect condition and we pack each item with care to ensure they arrive in the same condition, with normal handling via the postal or courier system.
If you receive items damaged, please photograph the packaging and breakage immediately and contact us.
Dependent on the product and amount of breakage, you may be required to return the broken items to us prior to replacement.
We do not exchange products due to change of mind. However, if it's possilbe to assist you, we will do our best.
Refunds issued in products or store credit. If a purchased item is out of stock a substitute product or refund is offered.
