Returns Policy

All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basisAll goods are shipped to you in perfect condition and we pack each item to ensure they arrive in the same condition, with normal handling via the postal or courier system.

• We do not exchange products due to change of mind. However, if it's possilbe to assist you, we will do our best.
• We do not refund money for products purchased.
• In the case of a client purchasing an item that is out of stock (or an item which cannot be shipped within 2 business days), the client will be given the follwing options:

               • Wait for the items to be restocked and we will ship at our cost.
               • Receive a store credit
               • A refund

Within Australia, the following shipping methods are used:

•  Insurance up to $100
• Orders over $100 we cover additional insurance

Australia Post Express

• Usually arrives within 2 working days
• Tracked
• Not insured

 Delivery times are suggested guidelines recommended by Australia Post and are not always an accurate reflection on their service. Please keep in mind that if your location and other unforseen circumstances during transit may cause your parcel to take considerably longer to reach you.

• Approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination.
• We pay insurance
