Why do you say you are cheaper than shopping Internationally?

• You can buy our glass at the same everyday price you would pay when purchasing internationally. eg. Double Helix Aurae can be purchased internationally for $20 per 1/4 lb.  We charge $20 USD converted to Australian Dollars. This means you are paying exactly what you would if you brought from the US, without the expense of international shipping. And of course, you can purchase glass from our store much cheaper than other Australian stores.
  

How does your store weight of 115grms compare with American weights?

• We have deliberately used 115grms so you can compare our prices with International stores.  1lb = 454 grams. 1/4 lb = 113.5grams.  We rounded it to 115grms to allow for slight bundle weight vairiations.
  

I usually buy in 125grm or larger amounts?  How do I know what I am getting when I buy 115grms?

• On an average rod size, the difference between 115grms & 125grms is approximately 1/2 a rod.  You will often find our bundle weights are greater than the 115grms, at no extra cost to you.

Do you charge a handling fee?

• Yes we do, for two reasons. 1. Our prices are substantially lower than our competitors. Our aim is to offer our customers products at the very lowest price possilbe.  To do this, we  have a much smaller margin to absorb costs such as packaging materials. The handling fee does not afford us any extra profit, it simply covers part of the cost of packaging materials.  2.  We pack your products very carefully so they get to you in perfect condition.  Often, because shopping carts are not designed to and don't automatically calculate shipping for products that need such careful and substantial packaging, the postage cost is under calculated.
