A gorgeous glass that doesn't look like much in shard form. But once its reduced, it blooms with it's beautiful iridescent blues and purples.

Simply place a piece of shard on your core bead, apply some heat to secure the shard to the bead and you are done.  You can also add further decoration over the top of the shard or melt it in and move it around to give colour and texture to a more organic design. You will find the options are limited only by your imagination! Shards can be use for both lampworking and fusing.  They are paper thin pieces of glass and come in all sorts of shapes and sizes.
