Oxblood is a handpulled silver glass by Trautman Art Glass. Sold per 115g (1/4 pound) or per rod. Rods are 3-7mm dia. Compatiable with other 104 coe glasses.

A self striking dark grey rod that can make at least three colours when flameworked.

1. It oxidizes to a black that doesn't bleed,

2. Reduces to a grey brown organic shade

3. More reduction can produce suble terra cotta and brick reds, and even metallic patches. 

Very earthy. No longer a production colour.
