Description
Matisse Red Exotic is sold per 115g which is (1/4 pound). It is recommended you use a neutral oxidizing flame when melting in the glass in the torch. When you are ready for final colour development, reduce multiple times and tease the colours out at the back of the flame several times. The more times you do this, the better the colour. Kandinsky is similiar to Matisse Red Exotic, with the same melting characteristics. You need to REDUCE, REDUCE, REDUCE this glass. The copper will burn off easily so make sure you reduce and pull your bead straight out of the flame. You can encase this glass and it inacts well with copper green, ivory and intense black.
