Why do you say you are cheaper than shopping Internationally?

• You can buy our glass at the same everyday price you would pay when purchasing internationally. eg. Double Helix Aurae can be purchased internationally for $20 per 1/4 lb.  We charge $20 USD converted to Australian Dollars. This means you are paying exactly what you would if you brought from the US, without the expense of international shipping.
  
  Much of our glass is at a price lower than why your can buy internationally for normal retail and of course, you can purchase glass from our store much cheaper than other Australian stores.
  

How does your store weight of 115grms compare with American weights?

• 115grms is approx 5-6 rods, dependent on the thickness of the rods. We have deliberately used 115grms so you can compare our prices with International stores. . 1lb = 454 grams. 1/4 lb = 113.5grams.  We rounded it to 115grms to allow for slight bundle weight vairiations.
  

I usually buy in 125grm or larger amounts?  How do I know what I am getting when I buy 115grms?

• On an average rod size, the difference between 115grms & 125grms is approximately 1/2 a rod.  You will often find our bundle weights are between 115-130 grms without any extra charge to you.

Do you charge a packing or handling fee?

• No.  Plus, our shipping rates are the cheapest in Australia.

Do you charge a fee if I use a credit card or Paypal?

No fees apply if you use a credit card. Yes, we charge a paypal surcharge for paypal payments.  The surcharge is the difference between what it costs us to process a credit card payment and what it costs to process a paypal payment. 1.4%

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. For all countries (excluding NZ customers) If you wish to pay by credit card for international shipping, you will need to provide us with a photocopy of your the front and back of your credit card and also a signed authority to charge your credit card, before we ship. Shipping must be via a means that provides tracking, International Express, Registered Post International or FedEx.
